JASON KITAYAMA
is a seasoned facilitator and certified executive coach.
Having spent 20 years leading in healthcare and higher education, Jason now pursues his passion: teambuilding, leadership development, and executive coaching. He designs and facilitates custom workshops for executive leadership teams that transform through shared vision and a culture of collaboration. He coaches executives, physicians, and leaders to bring their best selves to work every day.
Jason brings vast leadership experience to his clients having led finance, marketing, HR, and IT operations and having served on the senior leadership teams of multiple organizations. He has held consulting roles at Huron, CGE&Y, Salient Consulting, and Fulcrum Research Group, as well as industry-side positions at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Scientific Corporation, and Harvard University. He has taught strategy and organizational behavior at Emmanuel College and Bentley University.
Jason holds a BS in Business Administration from Emmanuel College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is an ICF-Certified organizational development coach and is a certified Hogan assessment practitioner.
